A short message to signal that my exhibition at the Centre MAI in Montreal is coming to a close. The last day of the exhibition is this Saturday, so if you have been intending to check it out, there are a couple of days left... I did a radio interview with CBC a few weeks ago about it, which is still available online.

La dernière journée de l’exposition est samedi, alors si vous avez l’intention de la voir, c’est toujours possible...

*after consultation with Cree Language experts, Mary Collins Cardinal and Brian Scribe, the name "ocicâkh" in the title is the probable one, based on their interpretation of the original European transcription associated with the map on which this work is based. Selon Mary Collins Cardinal et Brian Scribe qui sont des experts en Cri, le nom "ocicâkh" qui apparait dans le titre est le plus probable, étant donné la transcription européenne du nom associé avec la carte originale, sur laquelle cette estampe est inspirée.
