L’intention derrière cette exposition est de mettre en lumière la fluidité du temps et du savoir autochtone ainsi que les contraintes imposées à cette vision par les structures occidentales de chronologie et d’archive.
L’artiste aimerait remercier le Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, le Conseil des arts de Montréal, Aboriginal Territories in Cyberspace (AbTeC) et l’Institut Milieux de l’Université Concordia.

Hello! She:kon! I’m happy to announce an upcoming solo exhibition in Montreal, as well as other projects that I’m involved in, in other parts of the country.
hochelaga rock, articule, Montréal, QC
Exhibition: October 21 – November 19 2017
Opening : Friday October 20, 7pm
Discussion : Saturday November 4 @ 3pm; artist in discussion with Peter Morin
In this exhibition, Claus engages with the Hochelaga Rock, the historical marker located on the McGill campus, to underscore the fluidity of Indigenous knowledge and time, and the constraints imposed upon this understanding by Western structures of chronology and record.
The artist would like to acknowledge the financial assistance of the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, the Conseil des arts de Montréal, Aboriginal Territories in Cyberspace (AbTeC) and Milieux Institute at Concordia University.
